Q.Does LENI Rentals have insurance?
A. Yes, LENI Rentals is fully insured and backed by years of experience. Before booking with a rental company, you should always ensure they have proper insurance.
Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.The set up of inflatable units and tents are included in the price. Set up services for other equipment, such as tables and chairs, are an additional fee. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location.
Q.When do you set up?
A.Generally, we will arrive 1-3 hours before your event begins. A team member will contact you a day or two before the event to confirm set up time. If equipment cannot be set up until a specific time, or if items must be picked up by a certain time, please contact us at info@lenirentals.com or (972) 837-9596.
Q.We have rented some dirty equipment in the past from other companies. Is the equipment cleaned?
A.At LENI Rentals, your safety is our top priority. All equipment is cleaned and sanitized between rentals. Rest assured that LENI Rentals provides premium-quality equipment.
Q.My party is at a park. Do they have electricity?
A.Most parks do not have electricity available. LENI Rentals has generators available for rent. One generator can provide power to two inflatable units.
Q.What methods of payment do you take?
A.Online bookings are completed with a credit or debit card. If you would like to pay by cash or check, please contact us at info@lenirentals.com or (972) 837-9596.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.If you need to cancel your rental, please contact LENI Rentals immediately at info@lenirentals.com or (972) 837-9596. Events cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery will receive a credit option that can be used within 365 days of the original delivery date.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is due to confirm reservations for orders over $200. For orders under $200, the full balance is due at the time of the reservation.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete.
Q. Are attendants required for bounce houses?
A.If you are hosting a special event, one attendant per bounce house is required for safety reasons. Attendants are $20 per unit, per hour of the event.
Q.What if there is inclement weather?
A.

If the equipment cannot be used safely due to weather, the LENI Rentals team will work with you to re-schedule, provide a credit, or a refund.
